Signature Cocktail: Kinky Monster
Ingredients: Light Rum, Coconut Rum, Blue Curacao, Pineapple Juice, Pineapple Wedge
Combine 1 oz light rum and 2 oz coconut rum with an ounce of Blue Curacao in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and then pour into a cocktail glass. Fill the remaining space in the glass with chilled pineapple juice and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
